If your child is unwell and cannot come to school please telephone our school office before 9.30am.

If you are leaving a message on our voicemail system;

say your name

your child’s name

the reason for your child’s absence

You should phone us on the morning of each day that your child will be absent.

Holidays

South Lanarkshire Council do not encourage parents and carers to take their children out of school on holiday during term time.

Absences due to holidays are recorded as unauthorised unless there are exceptional circumstances.

If you are planning to go on holiday during term time you should inform the Head Teacher in writing prior to departure.
